The vibrating feeder is used to transfer the large size materials and granular materials from hopper to receiving device uniformly, periodically and continuously in the production flow and to feed materials into the crusher continuously and uniformly also to screen the materials in the sandstone production line.

It is widely used to match the crushing and sieving equipments in many industries including metallurgy, coal mine, mineral dressing, building material, chemical, grinding, etc.

Vibrating Feeder Operating Principle:
Vibrating feeder is composed of vibrating body, spring, spring chassis, vibrating motor, and screen bar, vibration exciter which is formed by two eccentric shafts (driving shaft and driven shaft) and gear wheels.
Through the motor's driving force carried by the triangle wheel, the upper gears of the driving shaft joggle and propel the driven shaft. At this time, the two shafts rotate in reverse at the same time leading to the vibrating of the machine's funnel. Under the funnel's vibrating, the materials will continuously move forward and some smaller ones will directly fall down the belt conveyor while passing the screening bar (there are some fixed spaces between those bars). Finally, the materials can be transported to the aiming place.
